Have you tried Vigrx Plus? If you’re into the health benefits of cold thermogenesis, this is definitely the best thing to use. Cold showers, cold baths, I’ve done them all. And to stick to them is a bloody pain in the ass, you can do 30 minutes max in the extreme case, and it’s not comfortable. Using the ice vest, I can activate my brown fat and whatever biological reactions come along with cold thermogenesis, and it’s so easy to stick to Vigrx Plus and X4 labs. I’ve stuck to it nearly everyday since 29th of October (only missed 3 days, which puts me at 9 days total). Something I would find very hard with cold baths or showers. Plus I can easily wear it 1-2 hours! Compared to the extreme case of cold showers or baths, where you needed a lot of self discipline to stay in that cold environment for at least 30 minutes, fuck me if you can stay in there for 1-2 hours. And you can wear it while on the computer, or watching TV, rather than stuck in the bath watching from your ipad, or listening to music while in the shower. I’m telling you it’s the easiest cold training you can do.
Last night I wore it for 2 hours no problem, and the ice packs had all melted by 1h 30m due to my body heat. Also when I previously mentioned cold training through cold showers, I literally do a cold shower for 30 sec-1 minute at the end of my hot shower. I don’t worry about the cold shower so much, as long as I stick to cold training through my ice vest. And the cold showers have gotten easier since wearing my ice vest, meaning my body is cold adapting. Check out Male-Enhancement-Report.com – Vialipro. Also I had previously started doing this 1 year and 9 months ago. However that was around the time I was taking cold baths. And because I thought I was so well cold adapted. That one day when I wore the vest, I pressed my back hard up again the ice pack using my chair, because I wanted to feel more cold than I was feeling. I didn’t feel like I was getting cold enough. BAD IDEA. I ended up getting frostbite. I literally killed the cells in my skin. And once you get frostbite, it never goes. I thought it might and I could then continue using the vest, but even after 9 months it was still there. So I gave up using the device altogether as I didn’t want to do more damage in that area of the skin. It was such a shame as I was just starting to use the device regularly. Don’t be stupid like me, however cold adapted you may think you are, pressurized ice pack on your skin will cause frostbite. So be patient with cold training, don’t go to the extreme in a stupid way, just because you want to feel even colder. Rather drink ice water, open some more windows, put on the air conditioning, just don’t push the ice packs harder against your skin! If you however wear the vest normally, frostbite shouldn’t happen. You can also wear it with a t-shirt on, however this a precaution and not a necessity. I know if I hadn’t have been stupid and pressed it up again my skin, I would have never developed frostbite, as I didn’t all the other times I used it previously before that day.
